Parking is limited near the Chapel so we recommend using the buses or walking from Gettysburg Hotel. Parking is available at the Antrim 1844 for the reception.

Uber/Lyft is limited in Gettysburg and the surrounding areas. For those coming from the airport, we recommend renting a car.

While we've reserved a room block at the Hotel Gettysburg and the Wyndham, there are a number of hotels / b&b's within walking distance in downtown Gettysburg and also in short driving distance to downtown if you'd rather choose a different option! Our wedding is black tie optional. For the guys this means either a tuxedo or dark formal suit and for ladies a formal gown. While November in Gettysburg tends to be chilly, all wedding events will be hosted indoors or in a heated tent.

Please arrive at the Chapel by 3:45pm to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony start at 4pm.
ARE THERE EVENTS THE NIGHT BEFORE
Yes! We'd love for you to join us for welcome drinks and light bites at Antrim 1844 on Friday November 14th. The Welcome Party will take place in the glass pavilion which is located to the right of the entrance to the Main House in the courtyard. Feel free to stop in any time between 7:30pm-10pm!

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY HOTEL
Our wedding weekend coincides with the 162nd anniversary of the Gettysburg Address. Given the increase in tourists in Gettysburg on this weekend, we recommend booking as early as possible if you are planning to stay downtown. For those wanting to take advantage of the room block, please make sure to book by Friday October 17th.
WILL ELLIE BE THERE
Shockingly our most asked question thus far. Ellie (our golden retriever for those who don't know her) doesn't thrive in situations where she is not the center of attention so she'll be at pup-camp but asks that everyone have a drink on her.
